Borche Gievski was born on March 07, 1958, in the village of Taor, municipality of Zelenikovo, where he still lives. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics. From 1980 to 1991 he worked in “Pastor” – Zagreb, representative office in Skopje. Then in 1991 he founded his own company “Pastor – Promet” where he worked until 2005 and then again from 2009 to 2017. In his free time he deals with agriculture, and his favorite hobby is hunting. He is founder of the church St. Ilija in the village of Taor, which he is building with his own assets and with the support of a resident of Taor who lives and works in Australia. From 2001 to 2005 he was a member of the Zelenikovo Municipal Council, and for one period its president. He was Mayor of the Municipality of Zelenikovo for the first time in the mandate 2005-2009 and in 2017 he became mayor for the second time.
